Release: The Jaguar (93​-​96)

Killer new release by Alec Empire - or rather: "old" release. As it is made up of tracks he did in the early 90s, that only existed on dub plates he spun at parties in those days.
The release blurb says this is what Alec did "before Digital Hardcore", and indeed, his Techno roots from labels like Force Inc. are clearly visible (or audible) on this release.
I would classify these tracks as a kind of "Hardcore Detroit Techno". Theree is definitely adoration for Underground Resistance, Atkins, Mills etc. in these tracks - but with a very heavy twist.
High flying hi hats and percussion, gnawing bass lines, rave signals, terrifying drums, and sometimes just sheer noise.
Essentially, this is a type of music I always wanted to listen - really groovy, really mental and surreal Techno, Techno in its original sense, but much more brutal, sick and evil.
Highly recommended!

It is about of an Artist who made the history of Hardcore Techno: the legendary French producer 𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗛𝗢 aka 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗘𝗥 🇫🇷

Known especially for his Industrial and Techno compositions and as a Hardcore Techno Dj, he founded his first record label Epiteth Records in 1994, followed in 1996 by Uncivilized World.
Among his main collaborations we mention Artists of the likes of Liza N'Eliaz, Radium (Neroptic), Benoît Bollini (Auto Tropp) and Randy.

The EP will consist of some tracks composed in the 90s and remastered specially for this project.
The release will be officially presented on May the 20th at the HARD TRAXX party INDUSTRIAL DISORDER.

Release: VA - Tales of the 90's Oldschool

"Tales Of The 90s" is a series of relesses on Gabbaret Records that focuses on various aspects of the 90s Hardcore, Gabber and Techno sound that we all love so much.
The releases are dedicated to a certain year or, in this case, the "Oldschool" style.
It's a great release that makes you really feel like it's 1992 or 1993 again, with original Acid, Techno, Breakbeat sound.

Release: Dr Zombie - Artcore Attack

Dark Shark Industries is another label that is known for great Neo-Early Hardcore releases. This new one-track release "Artcore Attack" by Dr Zombie is another fine addition to its catalogue. Juno-type synth riffs, crazy vocal samples, rising acid bleeps, breakbeat, and of course frantic 909 drums; having everything an Oldschool Gabber fan might desire.
